LABORATORY TESTS AND SITE INSPECTIONS
- On-site inspection and testing during the placing of concrete, fills
(granular and cohesive materials), asphalt pavements, roofing materials,
geo-membranes and structural steel.
- All geotechnical laboratory tests on soils (including consolidation),
also tests on concrete, granular material, rock, etc.
- Review and approval of concrete and asphalt mix design.
- Special studies for concrete structures affected by salt, alkali-silica, shale

- Pulling tests on anchors for cables installed on high-rise building roofs and
supporting suspended structures; inspection of welded structures.
- Material and welded element inspections during construction of
steel chimneys and steel structures.
- Concrete strength and detection of steel reinforcement of
concrete beams, columns, walls and structural slabs of buildings.
- Evaluation of the structural capacity of concrete structural elements
(slabs, beams, walls, columns, etc).
- Measurement and establishment of allowable criteria for vibrations caused
by blasting, pile driving, machinery, traffic, etc.
- Monitoring of building movements, retaining walls, slopes, etc.
- Assessment and rehabilitation plans for road structures.
- Studies on building envelope conditions.
